A Regional Coalition for Housing (ARCH) program

Boardwalk Apartments is proud to participate in A Regional Coalition for Housing (ARCH) program. There are a select number of ARCH homes at our community. These homes are available to low to moderate income households, with specific income requirements dependent on the size of the household and the number of bedrooms. The maximum allowable income is determined by the city, expressed as a percentage of the Area Media Income (%AMI). For more information on the ARCH program, please visit their website.
